We work hard to get your Synevra order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, and what to expect after you place an order.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our USA fulfillment facility. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery typically arrives in 2–4 business days after processing.
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders are shipped via international carriers and may take 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on:
Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by Synevra.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships — typically within 24–48 hours of placing the order. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or applicable international carrier) to monitor your shipment's progress.
If you don't receive your tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@syneivra.com.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before the order ships, but this is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

All items in a single order ship together in one package whenever possible. In rare cases, items may be shipped separately — you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Once an order has begun processing (typically within 1–2 hours of placing it), it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has already shipped, you can use our 60-day money-back guarantee to return it after delivery.
